NIGHTLY RATES

OFF-PEAK SEASON: WINTER
Mid-September through Late-May

Midweek (Sun thru Thur) - $175 per night for the first 2 guests
Weekends (Fri and Sat) -    $195 per night for the first 2 guests

Additional guests ages 13 and up are just $20 per person per night,
children ages 1 to 12 are $10 per child per night, and babies under 1 are free.


SHOULDER SEASON: LATE SPRING/EARLY FALL
2013: May 24-June 13; September 15-October 17

Midweek (Sun thru Thur) - $195 per night for the first 2 guests
Weekends (Fri and Sat) -    $215 per night for the first 2 guests

Additional guests ages 13 and up are just $20 per person per night,
children ages 1 to 12 are $10 per child per night, and babies under 1 are free.

PEAK SEASON: SUMMER
Late-May thru Mid-September

Midweek (Sun thru Thur) - $260 per night for the first 4 guests
Weekends (Fri and Sat) -    $280 per night for the first 4 guests

Additional guests ages 13 and up are just $20 per person per night,
children ages 1 to 12 are $10 per child per night, and babies under 1 are free.


PEAK SEASON: HOLIDAYS
Thanksgiving (Wed thru Sat)
Christmas Season (2013: Dec 20th thru Jan 2nd, 2014)


$280 per night for the first 4 guests

Additional guests ages 13 and up are just $20 per person per night,
children ages 1 to 12 are $10 per child per night, and babies under 1 are free.

There is a 2 night minimum during peak season, and a 3 night minimum on certain federal holiday weekends (Martin Luther King Jr Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, and Labor Day).

To ensure our housekeeping staff can spend these holidays with their familes, we don't accept check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day.

There is a 3 night minimum stay during the Christmas season, and a 4 night stay requirement on Wed thru Sat of Thanksgiving weekend.


PAYMENT

We accept Visa and MasterCard for all payments, and we accept checks if your stay is more than 45 days away.

If your reservation is made more than 30 days in advance you may reserve the
cabin with 50% of your total bill. The remaining 50% of your payment is due 30 days prior to your stay.

If your reservation is made less than 30 days in advance, full payment is due.

RENTAL POLICIES

  • Check-in is 4 pm and Check-out is 11 am

  • Maximum Occupancy: The cabin comfortably sleeps 4 guests. The maximum occupancy of the cabin and bunkhouse combined is 8 total guests.

  • This is a NON-SMOKING cabin.

  • Cancellations: A 30-day notice is required for cancellation of your reservation. Cancellations that are made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will be reimbursed in full minus a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within the 30-day timeframe will not be reimbursed unless we can re-book the dates. No refunds will be given for inclement weather, power outages, or poor road conditions. This cabin is located in or near mountain terrain and these conditions should be anticipated. Roads and highways leading to the cabin are generally well-maintained and plowed during winter storms, but it is advisable to check road and weather conditions prior to departure.   • Minimum stay: There is a two night minimum stay for weekends. A three night minimum is required during holiday periods.

  • Holidays: A three night minimum stay is required during holiday periods. A four night minimum stay is required during the Thanksgiving holiday (Weds-Sat nights). No mid-week discounts are available during holiday rentals.
